Important for Supplements
Due to safety and hygiene standards, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will gladly replace or refund your order.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
